Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact our support team before placing an order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Crack Corn / Puffy Pop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We strive to process orders quickly, so once an order has been placed, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
